Returns and exchanges

ONLINE ORDER CONDITIONS

We always want to make sure you are happy with your online purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, we will be happy to help. Please refer to the conditions below.

Please retain your original receipt, as you will need this as proof of purchase to obtain a refund, credit, or repair. As receipts are emailed, we should have a copy on file—if you can’t locate yours, please let us know.

If your purchased item is faulty or not as expected, please contact the Divine Goddess team at info@divinegoddess.com and our team will guide you through the process of returning the item(s) for repair, exchange, or refund.

REFUNDS

Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached—to be eligible for a refund.

Gift cards cannot be returned. They are valid for 2 years and apply to online purchases only.

Please note: We will endeavour to process all refunds as soon as possible. However, refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

EXCHANGES

Customers are entitled to a 30-day exchange period (30 days from receiving the product).

A faulty product may be exchanged or returned for credit. When exchanging goods, items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached.

If the exchange is for reasons other than fault, postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

SHIPPING COSTS

You are responsible for covering the cost of returning any item, except where the product is defective or damaged. In such cases, Divine Goddess will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

If you receive a refund, the original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the item was received damaged or faulty.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of submitting your order. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 10% of the order total (or a maximum of $50) will apply.

If delivery has already been made, the customer must return the product at their own expense. A refund will be issued once Divine Goddess receives the returned product in its original packaging, in good condition, and with the original receipt.
