Order Processing & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification with tracking details so you can follow your order via our Track My Order page.

Shipment terms

  • Australia – clothing & apparels are delivered FREE of charge in protective satchels. Mats, bolster sand other accessories attract a delivery fee display at checkout.
  • Shipment partners: orders are sent via Australia Post, Team Global Express (TGE), Aramex and DHL and other trusted courier partners
  • Please refer to our shipping page for detailed information.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery times may vary depending on destination
  • Australia: Deliveries to WA, NT, and TAS may take longer if there are unexpected stock or carrier delays
  • International: for countries outside Australia, delivery is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We work with Australia Post DHL international courier partners to ensure reliable service.

Prices

All prices on the website are listed in AUD unless otherwise specified. Web-exclusive offers may differ from in-store pricing.

Payment Methods

We accept payment via PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX). Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD, cheques, or money orders unless by prior arrangement.

Returns & Exchanges

We always want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to the conditions below.

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt, in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached
  • Faulty items may be returned for repair, exchange, or refund
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 2 years from date of purchase

Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, a 10% cancellation fee (max AUD$50) applies. If your order has already shipped, it must be returned at your expense in its original packaging before a refund can be processed.
