One of our earliest discoveries was TPE. We have been proudly single-use plastic free since 2018, but we wanted to extend our dedication to the environment by finding the right recycled materials to make our yoga mats – and we needed something that was not only good for the environment, but was also comfortable, lightweight, and provided great grip – and that was TPE. Thermal Plastic Elastomer is a material made from recycled plastic bottles, which is flexible, grippy and light. The heat-related properties of TPE mean that even when you are practicing hot yoga (or the air conditioning is not working), you won’t lose grip.
Even better, the TPE mats are available in a range of colours so you can choose your style, and they are the perfect combination of size and weight to make them the go-to option. 5mm thick and 163cm x 61cm in area, this mat weighs less that 1kg.

This is a layered mat that combines natural rubber with a microfibre top layer to offer unrivalled cushioning and comfortable grip.
